A- Service: All content and services Acroderm makes available through the Site; and all intellectual property rights arising out of or related to the foregoing. Any person who accesses or uses the Service, whether on their own behalf or on behalf of any third party, is an “Acroderm User.”

B- License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Acroderm hereby grants you a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable right
to access and view the Site to view and purchase products (the “Products”) and manage your membership.

C- Deactivation: Acroderm may, at any time and without notice to you: (1) restrict, deactivate, and/or terminate your access to the
Service (or any portion thereof); or (2) terminate or modify the Service (or any portion thereof). Acroderm will not be liable to you
or any third party for any termination of or modification to the service regardless of the reason for such termination or modification.
